When I worked a normal corporate job, Mondays used to be really difficult for me. I just didn’t like starting the new week, knowing I would have to go to that same office every day and not really knowing what for.
Back then I started (and stopped and started) to make a conscious effort to make Mondays more fun, but over time I kept forgetting.
I found Julia Linn’s blog today and it inspired me, to be more mindful about my thoughts and intentions again. So, let’s start a new tradition – welcome to our first ever #AwesomeMonday.
We have all heard it before, it can really improve your mental health, to write down the things you are thankful for on a regular basis. So that is what we are going to do. I want to be realistic, so I will start by doing it once a week and not daily. Here are the three things I am thankful for this week: trying out new things with friends, cuddles from my parent’s cat, exciting new projects.
