What a whirlwind of a week! Do you know those weeks, where, on friday afternoon, you feel like you need to sleep the whole weekend to recover from it?
I had a week like that! New exciting projects are great, but I tend to put a lot of pressure on me, which makes it so much more difficult than it needs to be. In times like this I like to take a step back, breathe and remember that I am actually thankful for so many things in my life, even those things that temporarily stress me out!
Here are the top three things I am grateful for this week:
- Amazing Food with very good friends.
- Acknowledging hard days and not beating myself up about it.
- Slowly planning a wedding that is perfect for my fiancé and me.
